BIO
Diana G. Alerhand, owner, cake creator, has been designing perfect cakes for eleven years. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in Graphic Design, Diana was first employed as a graphic designer then advanced into marketing and sales promotion for several companies located in New York City. In 1993, Diana started a floral decorative accessory business. Developing concepts to
designs, sales and production, she launched an extensive collection of upscale
tabletop products using dried flowers for the specialty gift store market.
After her son's first birthday, Diana became extremely
interested in creating novel cakes for children's parties; thereby originating
The Perfect Cake.

character, sport, hobby or object. The choices are endless!
We can duplicate images from any printed materials: paper goods, invitations,
cards, etc. or any product. We can custom design cakes to your specifications.
